I have chronic fatigue

You're tired no matter how much you sleep and your labs keep coming back normal.

What this looks like

You’re operating at a fraction of the energy you used to have. You fade by 2pm. You’re done by 7pm. Your labs came back normal. Your doctor told you to exercise and eat better. The exercise made you more tired.

You’re not depleting your energy through activity. You’re spending it on something you can’t see.

What you’ve already tried

You’re still tired.

What’s your stress signature?

Educational, not diagnostic. Not a substitute for clinical assessment.

Why the standard advice didn’t reach it

You very likely have been carrying a load you’ve never quite named. You may have come out of a stressful stretch like a hard relationship, an exhausting job, a parent in decline, or a child who needed more than you had, without ever fully processing what it cost you. You may have been the responsible one who absorbed everyone else’s needs and didn’t notice how depleted you got. You may have lived through a viral illness that shifted something in your nervous system and never quite recovered.

The standard model treats fatigue as a deficiency, a sleep problem, or depression. None of those address what you’ve actually been doing with your energy. You’re spending it invisibly, on managing other people, holding things together, suppressing what you can’t address, or recovering from a load nobody else has acknowledged.

You’re spending the energy somewhere. We work with you on where.

How we work with it

Strategic therapy treats what your body has been spending energy on outside your awareness, alongside whatever your medical team continues to monitor. We name the invisible expenditures: the people you’ve been managing, the loads you’ve been holding, the recoveries you never got. The energy returns as the spending stops.

You get back the part of the day you’d written off as lost to fatigue.
