What's different
Talk therapy assumes that understanding your past will change your present.
For most people, it won't.
You can spend years unpacking your childhood and still wake up with the same anxiety, the same patterns, the same stuck feeling. Just with more fancy clinical words to describe it.
Strategic therapy targets the structure behind your problem: the specific pattern keeping it in place. We're not interested in analyzing for seven years how your mother treated you as a child or ask you to relive a traumatic event over and over with the false hope that one day it will click and you'll "figure it out". We want to identify the inner conflict that's keeping you stuck and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Most issues resolve in 2 to 8 sessions.
That's not a sales promise. It's how the method works when the problem is what it appears to be. Some issues have layers underneath that only surface once you start working. When that happens, we keep going. You decide when therapy ends.
How much it costs
Our current session fee is $125 USD per session. Each session is 50 minutes long. We do not offer packages, because the goal is to get you out of therapy, not keep you in it, and you do not need to make any special commitments.
We use a sliding scale based on your income.

Sessions are requested, not auto-confirmed. We'll review your request and reply by email. Payment is handled in advance, once we approve.
Phone sessions. Our clinic is in UTC+2. Work hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm.
