Brief by design
Most issues can resolve in fewer than 10 sessions. We do not investigate the history of the client. We target the inner conflict that caused it instead.
Referrals replace advertising
Brief, effective therapy generates satisfied clients. A practitioner with a reliable caseload does not need a social media strategy or a marketing budget.
No diagnosis or prescriptions
AST resolves the function maintaining the symptoms, instead of being confined to a diagnostic label.
Practice building is part of the curriculum
Every certification course includes client acquisition strategy and practice management. Technique alone does not fill a practice.
